Blueberry-Cinnamon Chia Jam Recipe


More and more people are trying to avoid sugar and processed food. This is a home-made jam recipe with very little sugar or can be reduced to no sugar. Healthy and full of fiber.

Blueberry-Cinnamon Chia Jam
3 cups blueberries, fresh or frozen
1/4 cup maple syrup or agave
1/4 cup Chia Seeds
1/2 tsp Cinnamon Powder
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 drop cinnamon essential oil

Place blueberries with sugar in saucepan over medium heat and cover. Stir periodically for approx. 5 minutes until berries are soften.
Add chia seeds and still consistently for 15 minutes until mixture has thicken.
Set and aside to cool.
After cooling add vanilla an cinnamon essential oil. Enjoy!!
